Refund Policy
Refunds are issued if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Once approved, we'll arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not offered for change of mind once a food product has shipped, in line with food-safety standards. See our Returns Policy for more detail.
